All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped.
Please expect potential delays on products that are shipped from our international trade partners/ warehouses. Even though most of your orders will be fulfilled with in 2 to 5 business days, any parcels or products stored in our international warehouses or shipped by manufacturers may be delayed from 15 to 45days. We may contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify on you on any such delays.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer international shipping at an extra cost which may calculated at the time of your check out.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Arcana Management UK Limited is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@e-0superstore.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some couriers may have a limited access to your area. In such cased the carrier may use local pickup points to deliver your package which can be collected with in the given time frame. You may receive a confirmation email and a reminder in such cases.
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the Shipping Cost for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, this needs to be notified to the delivery driver and please email us within 24 hours at sales@e-superstore.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
