Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@e-superstore.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, pharmaceutical items, plants)
• Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
• Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

To ensure you receive the desired item, please return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, proceed with a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period

For merchandise shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

 

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
